Electric Boilers - EP31-300 NG
ELECTRIC BOILERS FOR WATERBORNE HEATING SYSTEMS AND INDUSTRIAL PROCESSES The boiler output is divided into 7 or 15 steps that are connected in steps at temperature shortfall. The flow temperature is adjustable at between 20 and 95°C. The boilers can be delivered with a thermostat for a constant flow temperature or with an outdoor compensation for variable flow temperatures. You can change the temperature control by changing the circuit board in the front of the boiler. Temperature control is intelligent and adapts the output to the actual heating requirement. From a safety viewpoint, the EP series manages flows down to nought, i.e. the boilers do not need to be equipped with a flow guard. The boilers' output can be limited down to one output step. |

MAXIMAL BREAKER The boilers are equipped with a maximum breaker, which, at shunt release, is affected by the overheat protection or external safety equipment. PUMP MOTIONING In pump motioning mode the heating output is shut off but the circulation pump is motioned a few minutes a day. HIGH OPERATIONAL SAFETY In order to optimise operational safety, the boilers are equipped with a level guard and a parallel earth conductor (PEC). The task of the PEC is to quickly indicate any faults in the electric elements to enable measures to be taken without costly shut downs. LOAD GUARD INCLUDED Reconnection after power failure in accordance with the norms of the Swedish Electricians' Union. The boilers have connections for external blocking, load control, tariff control and external signal 0-10 V DC. ALARM INDICATION Alarm LEDS are on the front panel, the boilers also have connections for external fault indicator alarms. STAINLESS ELECTRIC ELEMENTS The boiler's electric elements are made from stainless steel SS 2353 with a brass head.
