If you choose Aqualux you will have an accumulator tank that fulfils the norms of the Swedish National Board of Housing, Building and Planning.

Even when the Aqualux tank is at full heat, the outer plate is cool. No heat loss = good economy.

Compare with cheaper accumulator tanks.
Carry out a simple test. Visit somebody who chose a cheaper tank. Put your hand on the tank. With all probability it is warm despite all attempts to insulate it. Ask what all the accessories cost (shunt etc). Add the cost of the tank, accessories, insulation and assembly work.

Then compare by placing your hand on an Aqualux tank. The surface is cool. The heat goes when it should go, in the radiators! The tanks are extremely well insulated in a way that no "home fixer" could manage. The tanks are delivered complete. No extra costs.

Aqualux CU Accumulator tank
A 6kW electric element is included.
It is possible to mount several electric elements in Aqualux CU. Aqualux CU has a copper-lined hot water heater. The tank has a 4-way shunt and thermometers for top and bottom temperatures.

Aqualux UB Accumulator tank
Aqualux UB does not have a hot water heater, electric element outlets or a shunt; otherwise it is identical to Aqualux CU.

Aqualux 750 Sol Accumulator tank
Flexible accumulator designed for solar heating, in combination with other sources of heat. With superb stratif cation and hot water capacity. A 750 litre hot water storage tank which can be connected to a wood-fired stove, solar panels and heat pump. The tank is equipped with a bivalent shunt and stratification plates, which combine to give plenty of hot water and lower the cost of heating.

Three thermometers and outlets for temperature sensors give full control. Aqualux 750 Sol uses Värmebaronen Solomax VX heat exchanger instead of a solar loop. The difference is that the heat exchanger is much easier to clean than a loop, if capacity should fall.

Super compact accumulator solution!
The picture above shows a Vedolux 40 UB together with two 750-liter Aqualux tanks. Together only 2.15m wide (the tanks are even the lowest on the market). Properly insulated. Complies with all Swedish demands on insulation.

Accessories
Accessories include an accumulator control package for the hot water heater in the boiler system or in an accumulator tank (accumulator control 11 and 3 respectively).

Complete delivery
The tank shipment includes a ball valve, automatic venting valve, draining/filling valve and, for Aqualux CU, a 6kW electric element (VB 6010), a mounted shunt and compression fittings to the hot water heater.
